Peralta Vista, 526 N. Ellsworth Road in Mesa, is a community that provides rental homes designed to save energy and have a minimal effect on the environment, according to a release from Mark-Taylor Residential.
The northwest Mesa development, under the ownership of Isola Communities, has various floor plans in one- and two-bedroom homes.
In addition to the homes being energy efficient, residents have access to such extras as EV chargers onsite and in garages, smart home technology and gas burning ranges, the release stated.
