Where to watch meeting

Plans for a stepped three- and four-story parking garage and three-story office building on North Alma School Road will be discussed at the 3 p.m. study session and 4 p.m. Feb. 24 meeting of the Mesa Planning and Zoning Board.
A new office building and parking garage within an existing office development are planned on 30.9 acres on the south side of the 1200 to 1400 blocks of West Bass Pro and the west side of the 1100 block of North Alma School Road. The board is to discuss requests for a modification to a planned area development overlay and a site plan review. Michael Edwards of the The Davis Experience is the applicant; and Salt River Point LL LLC is the owner. Discussion has been continued from the Feb. 10 meeting.
A rezoning and site plan review of 1.6 acres on the south side of the 6800 to 7000 blocks of East University Drive for the development of a commercial center. John Reddell of Reddell Architects is the applicant; ETR Enterprises LLC and the U.S. Department of Interior Bureau of Land Management are the owner. This was continued from the Feb. 10 meeting. Rezoning 9.4 acres on the south side of the 3600 to 3800 blocks of East McLellan Road to allow for the development of two single-residence subdivisions. Jared Cox of Vista Design Group LLC is the applicant and Heritage Group LP is the owner. This is a companion case to preliminary plats for Heritage Grove and Mariposa Estates Unit 2.
Rezoning 2.08 acres on both sides of the 2100 block of East Menlo Circle and on the north side of the 2100 block of East Hermosa Vista Drive to allow for the development of a single residence subdivision. Michael Stephan is the applicant and Brent/Deborah Berge is the owner. This is a companion case to the preliminary plat for Menlo Circle.
A modification to an existing bonus intensity zone overlay and a site plan review for 229 acres on the south side of the 11100 to 11600 blocks of East Pecos Road, north side of the 11100 to 11600 blocks of East Germann Road and the west side of the 6800 to 7600 blocks of the South Meridian Road alignment to allow development of new industrial buildings within an existing industrial development on the site.
