Plans for a stepped three- and four-story parking garage and three-story office building on North Alma School Road will be discussed at the 3 p.m. study session and 4 p.m. Feb. 24 meeting of the Mesa Planning and Zoning Board.
A new office building and parking garage within an existing office development are planned on 30.9 acres on the south side of the 1200 to 1400 blocks of West Bass Pro and the west side of the 1100 block of North Alma School Road. The board is to discuss requests for a modification to a planned area development overlay and a site plan review. Michael Edwards of the The Davis Experience is the applicant; and Salt River Point LL LLC is the owner. Discussion has been continued from the Feb. 10 meeting.

The board is slated to continue to the March 10 meeting discussion on a rezoning and preliminary plat for the Los Nietos residential subdivision on 4.55 acres on the east side of the 2400 block of North Old Gilbert Road and north side of the 2000 block of East Hermosa Vista Drive. Jared Cox of Vist Design Group LLC is the applicant and Brent/Deborah Berge is the owner.
