NAI Horizon professionals Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega represented the landlord, RDEV Ranch LLC, in a 60-month retail lease for 1,307 square feet at 1134 S. Stapley Drive in Mesa.
The tenant, Eleazar Ruiz Lopez and Sofia Pedro, was self-represented according to a release.
