Kaz Nascimento of Mesa has written “REACH: It’s All You Have to Do in Life,” about him growing up in poverty in California to working at a prison on death row and now as a nationally syndicated radio host.

“The book is a memoir of my personal struggles growing up in poverty in Oakland, California, and overcoming the odds to become someone in life. I have had the opportunity to work for the Maricopa County’s Sheriff Department and Arizona Department of Corrections where I worked on death row,” he said in a release.

“Today I am currently a nationally syndicated radio show host of New Jack Radio and want to share my story for those that are currently struggling in their own dark place in life,” he said.

The book is available on Amazon.
