An 8,500-square-foot Mesa mansion on 1.39 acres bordering the Tonto National Forest has been sold for $6 million, a record for the East Valley city, according to Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.

Located on East Vista Canyon Circle in the Diamond Point community in Las Sendas, the property built in 2021 has five bedrooms, sixth full-size bathrooms, three half-bathrooms and a finished basement, according to a release from the Scottsdale-based broker.

Among the amenities are an exercise and sauna room, gym, full-house intercom and separate guest house.

And, Russ Lyon agent Cindi DeWine said, “there is nothing quite like these sunsets.”
