Mesa-based medical manufacturer BioLab Holdings Inc. has hired Heather Spicer as its new learning and development manager.
BioLab Holdings Inc. specializes in skin substitution and wound care products, according to a press release. Spicer’s role will be to foster a culture of leadership growth through coaching, training and learning opportunities.
“I couldn’t be more excited to join the team at BioLab Holdings Inc. to improve and expand upon their employee growth structure and strategy,” said Spicer. “By promoting a culture of continuous learning, coaching and knowledge sharing, we hope to ensure high employee satisfaction and retention company wide.”
According to the press release, Spicer has more than 15 years of experience specializing in human resources, leadership and development, and organizational coaching and assessments for companies such as Hewlett Packard, State Farm, Walmart and more.
