Maricopa County Juvenile Court water line, construction easements in Mesa to be considered

Water line and temporary construction easements in Mesa will be considered at the Feb. 10 meeting of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

The easements are at the Maricopa County Juvenile Court, 1810 S. Lewis in Mesa.

Maricopa County grants and conveys to the city of Mesa a permanent and exclusive waterline easement over, across, under and upon the lands described to construct, install, access, maintain, repair, reconstruct, replace, remove and operate a waterline, meter, and all appurtenances thereto, an agreement states.

The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 10 in the Supervisors’ Auditorium, 205 W. Jefferson in Phoenix, with the public able to view it online at Maricopa.Gov, Maricopa.Gov/324, or GotoWebinar.com using webinar ID 985-767-235.
