Loop 202 Santan Freeway lane closures to continue July 6-11

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan ahead for travel delays on Loop 202 while alternating lane closures are in place for pavement maintenance.

They include:

  • Eastbound Loop 202 Santan Freeway between Higley and Hawes roads will be narrowed to one or two lanes nightly 9 p.m.-5 a.m. Tuesday, July 6, through the morning of Sunday, July 11.
  • Westbound Loop 202 Santan Freeway at Power Road will be narrowed to one or two lanes nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Tuesday, July 6, through the morning of Saturday, July 10.

ADOT advises drivers to slow down and use caution around construction personnel and equipment while work is underway, according to a release.
