Liquor license with growler privileges sought for Cocos Power restaurant in Mesa
Posted
The state liquor board should approve a license at a restaurant on West Broadway Road, the Mesa City Council recommended recently.
The council in a unanimous vote on a Dec. 8 consent agenda with other items approved recommending that the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control approve the request.
Beatrice Adriana Soto, the agent, is seeking a new Series 12 restaurant license with growler privileges for Cocos Power LC LLC, 540 W. Broadway Road Suite 101-102, a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner.
A series 12 restaurant license allows on-site consumption of all types of alcohol.
There is no existing license at this location. The previous license held by BJ and EN LLC issued July 20, 2018, was closed March 31, 2020, according to the application.
