Landsea Homes Corp., a publicly traded residential home builder, has begun development on 90 homes for a new community called Rialta in Mesa.
“The groundbreaking of Rialta extends Landsea Homes’ presence in a highly sought after location within the city of Mesa,” Todd Condon, Arizona division vice president of sales and marketing for Landsea Homes, said in a release. “Breaking ground always marks an exciting step in the creation of a new community, and we look forward to offering additional opportunities for buyers to own a High Performance Home at Rialta very soon.”
Rialta will have 90 homes with single- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,400 to 2,600 square feet. Amenities planned include a pool and pickleball courts. Homes are expected to begin selling in summer 2025. Pricing will be determined at a later date, the release states.
Each home at Rialta is to contain Landsea Homes’ smart home automation technology utilized by the Apple Home including an Apple HomePod mini, wireless access point, Wi-Fi enabled entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, a doorbell camera pre-wire, and smart home activation with Best Buy’s Geek Squad, the release states.
