Landsea Homes breaks ground in Eastmark in Mesa

Posted

Landsea Homes Corp., a residential homebuilder, has broken ground within the Eastmark master planned community in Mesa.

“Eastmark is such a desirable location to live in the Phoenix metro area, with top-rated schools and beautiful surrounding neighborhoods,” Kaylee Smith, Arizona division president for Landsea Homes, said in the release. “We look forward to providing future Eastmark residents with high-quality and modern homes, innovative amenities and nearby resources to meet all of their needs. Breaking ground is the first step towards this goal.”

Greencourt at Eastmark consists of 48 finished lots, while the upcoming Greenpointe at Eastmark neighborhood consists of 124 finished lots and is slated to break ground this fall. These homes make up the final phase of Eastmark and offer some of the last remaining opportunities to buy in the master-planned community, the release states.

All homes at Eastmark contain Landsea Homes’ high-performance home features, which are designed to respect the planet, save money, and provide secure home automation functionality. The included REME HALO air purifier provides industry-leading indoor air quality and the LiveFlex features allow residents to personalize space according to their needs and lifestyle, the release states.

Homes will range from 1,875 to 2,160 square feet and prices will begin in the $300K’s.

Located in the heart of Mesa, Eastmark values connectivity and engagement with its top-rated schools and innovative amenities, the release states.

The large-scale community of 3,200 acres integrates new homes with employment, education, recreation and commerce. The Greencourt and Greenpointe neighborhoods are just minutes away from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and in the thriving Gateway Corridor, one of the most desirable locations within the Phoenix marketplace.

“We’ve enjoyed a presence in Eastmark before, and we’re thrilled to launch these two new neighborhoods. Buyers appreciated the location, desirability and value that the homes offered, and we know that these homes will also be well received,” Smith said in the release.
