Greenpointe at Eastmark opens in Mesa
Posted
Landsea Homes Corp., a publicly traded residential homebuilder, recently announced the grand opening of Greenpointe at Eastmark, a new neighborhood within the Eastmark master planned community in Mesa.
Homes are selling and model homes are available to tour in-person.
“Eastmark has been consistently ranked one of the best master-planned communities to live in the greater Phoenix metro area,” Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing of Arizona Division of Landsea Homes, said in the release. “Greenpointe brings an all-new neighborhood to Eastmark, and buyers have quickly become drawn to our ‘High Performance Homes,’ the innovative community amenities and nearby conveniences that meet all lifestyle needs.”
Greenpointe at Eastmark consists of 209 one- and two-story single-family homes in four classic and open-concept floor plans. The homes range from about 1,500 square feet to more than 1,850 square feet, with options for three to four bedrooms plus lofts. Pricing begins at $389,990.
All homes feature Landsea Homes’ award-winning High Performance Home features and LiveFlex options that allow residents to customize the space to their tastes, wants and needs. Included is forward-thinking, smart-home technology that respects the planet, saves money and provides top-of-the-line security. REME HALO air purifiers clean the air and provide standard-setting indoor air quality.
Eastmark is in Mesa just minutes from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. Eastmark is on the doorstep of popular lakes including Saquaro Lake, Canyon Lake and Lake Roosevelt, as well as the 2.8-million-acre Tonto National Forest.
The Eastmark community sprawls over 3,200 acres and integrates the new-home amenities with built-in parks, greenery, walking trails, the Mark community center and Steadfast Farm — a 2-acre working farm with fresh produce, flowers, and eggs for sale.
Rev at Eastmark, another neighborhood of single-family homes by Landsea Homes, is also currently selling.
