The Moderna vaccinations given 8 a.m.-8 p.m. are for those over 18 who work and live in Maricopa County, according to a release.

“Please come prepared with a face mask, driver’s license, insurance card and documentation of eligibility,” the release states.

Embry Health operates a network of COVID-19 test locations in Arizona.

Embry Health recently joined a diagnostic testing lab, Sonora Quest Laboratories, to ensure Arizonans receive accurate test results in less than 24 hours on average.

COVID-19 testing, antibody testing and flu vaccines are at no cost for the patient regardless of insurance status. However, the appropriate payer will be billed.
