David Weekley Homes opens for sales in Eastmark Voyage in Mesa

David Weekley Homes is now selling 82 high-quality homes in Eastmark Voyage, its third section in the Mesa master-planned community of Eastmark.
The builder’s fully furnished model homes, The Roadrunner and The Hildmann, are open daily for tours, according to a release.
Eastmark Voyage offers buyers one-story homes and a choice of seven floor plans ranging from 2,250 to 3,350 square feet of living space. Situated on 70-foot home sites and priced from the $540s, these homes feature three to five bedrooms, two to four full baths, one half bath and three- to four-car garages. Homebuyers can also select from upgrades such as an outdoor living area with fireplace, hobby room, sunroom and super shower in the owner’s bath, the release states.
Residents in Eastmark Voyage have access to master-planned communities, including a community center, pool and The Eastmark Great Park, which features a splash pad, playground, lake, event pavilion and trails. The community also offers on-site restaurants, shops, gyms and schools, including Basis Mesa at Eastmark and Sequoia Pathfinder Academy at Eastmark.
