City of Mesa seeking applicants for advisory boards, committees

Mesa residents are being sought to participate in the local government process by serving on the city’s volunteer advisory boards and committees.

The city of Mesa seeks the knowledge, expertise and experience of its residents to advise, inform and make recommendations to city leadership and City Council on various policies and services, according to a release.

Recruitment for advisory boards and committees is ongoing; all appointments of applicants to the boards are recommended by the mayor and approved by the City Council.

Unless otherwise noted, the term of service is three years. For information about boards and committees and to apply, go to www.mesaaz.gov/boards.
