Allegiant Air recently announced new nonstop routes including Jackson Hole, Wyoming, to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, which begins June 2.

“Today, travelers are seeking destinations that allow them the chance to recreate in a safe way, usually outdoors,” Drew Wells, Allegiant’s vice president of revenue and planning, said in a release, adding that Jackson Hole is a gateway to scenic destinations.

Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, 6033 S. Sossaman Road in Mesa, is owned and operated by the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport Authority. PMGAA consists of representation from Mesa, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Gilbert, Gila River Indian Community and Phoenix.

Las Vegas-based Allegiant is an integrated travel company with an airline at its heart. Since 1999, Allegiant Air has linked travelers in small-to-medium cities to vacation destinations with all-nonstop flights. Go to Allegiant.com.
