Deals closed recently by NAI Horizon professionals include property sold by a family trust and a 10-year lease, both in Mesa.

They were:

  • Mark Wilcke negotiated the sale of 5.18 acres, representing the seller, Stehly Family Trust, for $860,000. The property is at the northeast corner of Mountain and Pecos roads. The buyer, Sonoran Desert Property Holdings LLC, was represented by Matt McDougall with Lee & Associates.
  • Chris Gerow, Shelby Tworek and Gabe Ortega represented the tenant, Desert Fire Subs 9 LLC, in a 120-month lease for 1,295 square feet at 6920 E. Baseline Road. The landlord, KVC Investors LLC, was represented by Jack McAndrew with Newmark Knight Frank.
