Brandi Hunsacker from Apache Junction Little League has worked very hard for little league for many years. She attended the Superstition Mountain Promotional Corp. meeting and talked about funds that they need.
SMPC wrote them a check for $4,000 to cover an electrical bill, new ice maker, a freezer and the balance of $900 to go for kids that want to play baseball but have a financial hardship.
Putting smiles on kids faces. That’s what we do. Thank you to everyone who supports Lost Dutchman Days. That is how you help us with those smiles.
Editor’s note: Superstition Mountain Promotional Corp. is a nonprofit organization run by dedicated volunteers who promote the city of Apache Junction and the Superstition Mountain area. Go to smpcaj.org.
