West Valley Chamber gives Surprise networking group big boost

Monthly mixer is growing years after most stopped

The casualties of the COVID-19 pandemic earlier this decade included something maybe only people who own a business would notice.

Networking events and ribbon cuttings became a thing of the past once people stopped meeting together. Chambers across the country had already been moving to more of a public advocacy model instead of bringing businesses together before the pandemic — but the pandemic appeared to be the final nail in the coffin.

However, a trio of Surprise business owners wanted to bring back the old-school meetups. Now, with a partnership with the West Valley Chamber of Commerce, their monthly EPIC Networking mixers have grown to soldout crowds and led to West Valley businesses wanting them to bring their event to their establishments.
