Denova Collaborative Health, Arizona’s largest outpatient behavioral health provider, will relocate its Avondale clinic to a new, expanded space at Dysart and Buckeye roads.
The move will provide integrated care services, including primary care, psychiatry, and behavioral health, in a more centralized location to meet growing demand in the West Valley.
The clinic will open at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 22 at 506 E. Western Ave., Suite #104, in Avondale.
