The 2024-2025 Arts in the Park concert series in Litchfield Park kicked off on Sunday, Nov. 10, with a performance by Cold Shott & The Hurricane Horns.
The free event, held on the front lawn of The Wigwam resort, attracted a crowd to enjoy live music from the Arizona-based band, known for their R&B, Blues, Funk, and Soul performances. The concert, which ran from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., featured a mix of upbeat tracks and audience engagement, drawing attendees to relax and enjoy the afternoon outdoors.
Concertgoers brought blankets and lawn chairs, while beverages were available for purchase on-site.
The next concert will be held on Sunday, December 15, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, featuring Sandra Bassett & September Soul.
The full schedule for the 2024-2025 Arts in the Park series is as follows:
Sunday, Dec. 15: Sandra Bassett & September Soul
Sunday, Jan. 19: PebbleRock Band
Sunday, Feb. 2: Come Back Buddy
Sunday, March 16: Thaddeus Rose Band
Friday, April 4: City Nights Band with a special evening performance from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
These concerts are free to attend and provide an opportunity to enjoy live music in an outdoor setting.
