One of the largest Latina markets in Arizona is making its way to Goodyear.
The event is hosted by E.L.L.A, Empowering Latina Leaders Affirmation, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering the personal and professional growth of Latina women, empowering them to become influential leaders in the communities.
The outdoor market, called Mujeres Mercado, takes place eight times per year. Thousands of residents attend to shop locally from woman entrepreneurs.
The market goes from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday, June 30 at Civic Square Park, at 1900 N. Civic Square in Goodyear.
