The Professional Bull Riders’ season gets under way next month but not before a kick-off event for the new year in Buckeye.
The second annual season kick-off party for Arizona's hometown PBR team, the Arizona Ridge Riders, comes to the Buckeye Equestrian & Events Center on Saturday, June 29. Come cheer on your favorite Ridge Rider and experience bull riding action with a party and live music featuring Matt Farris.
Gates open at 6 p.m. followed by a team meet-and-greet from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. Bull riding starts at 8 p.m.
The Ridge Riders open the 2024 season July 12 in Oklahoma City. The team will make just one home appearance, Oct. 4-6 during Ridge Riders Days at Desert Diamond Arena in Westgate in Glendale. That tour stop will be the last event prior to the 2024 PBR Camping World Teams Championship, starting Oct. 18 in Las Vegas.
