Early election results posted to the Maricopa County Recorder’s website at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4 showed Litchfield Park City Council’s incumbents Ron Clair, Ann Donahue and John Romack leading challenger Kerry Murphy Giangobbe in their bids to defend their seats on the council.

Incumbents leading in Litchfield Park council race

Early election results posted to the Maricopa County Recorder’s website at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, showed Litchfield Park City Council’s incumbents Ron Clair, Ann Donahue and John Romack leading challenger Kerry Murphy Giangobbe in their bids to defend their seats on the council.

With 1,830 early ballots received and no vote centers reporting, Ms. Donahue led the pack with 1,387 votes (32%), followed by Mr. Clair with 1,147 votes (26%), Mr. Romack with 1,136 votes (26%) and Ms. Giangobbe with 682 votes (16%).

Election results are available at results.maricopa.vote.

The Recorder’s Elections Department will update results at 5 p.m. daily until all valid ballots are counted. Results are unofficial until canvassed by county Board of Supervisors. Canvassing is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 14.
