Deborah Anzlee Hart has affiliated with the Southwest-Litchfield office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent. Hart is a small business owner and CEO of a company that provides services to title and escrow representatives.
“I enjoy helping and educating people, so real estate has been a great career for me,” said Hart. “I decided to affiliate with Coldwell Banker because the brokerage is where I want my business to grow.”
Coldwell Banker Realty in Arizona is a leading residential real estate brokerage, operating 16 offices with over 1,000 independent agents statewide.
The Southwest-Litchfield office, located at 1616 N Litchfield Rd, offers a range of services including mortgage, title, insurance, and concierge services.
According to Andrea Cuadros, the branch manager, the office is dedicated to equipping agents with the tools and training necessary to succeed in a competitive market.
