Relocating one of their West Valley shops to Goodyear has proven to be a win for Cowtown Skateboards – not to mention Goodyear skating enthusiasts.
“We wanted to be a lot closer to the skate park, so we decided to look into it, and we found this spot, and we moved in here, and it’s been really great,” said Frank Covarrubias, manager of Cowtown Skateboards at Palm Valley Marketplace, 14175 W. Indian School Road.
Cowtown recognizes skateboarding isn’t just a hobby; it’s a lifestyle. That’s why it provides custom-designed skateboards that its customers love.
But Cowtown, a locally-owned business with four Valley locations, succeeds because its employees live the skateboarding lifestyle. Cowtown’s staff also works to keep up with always-changing trends within the skateboarding community.
“It’s always trending differently, and so many people gravitate to different things,” Mr. Covarrubias said. “I think it’s important for someone that’s selling you the product to know what the product is and how it works, and if they’ve ever used it. I think that everybody here does a great job doing that.”
