COVID-19 cases in Litchfield Park appear to be slowing

The number of weekly COVID-19 cases in Litchfield Park ZIP code 85340 appear to be slowing according to data from the Arizona Department of Health Services.

ADHS reported the number of COVID-19 cases in Litchfield Park 85340 ZIP code was 733 as of Monday, Aug. 3, an 11.57% increase over last Monday and a 0.69% increase over Sunday. By contrast the weekly infection rate area's weekly infection rate on Monday, July 27 rate was at 15.26%.

The ZIP code includes the city of Litchfield Park and unincorporated Maricopa County. The state does not separate cases by incorporated and unincorporated areas.

The agency said more than 90% of cases were mapped to the address of the patient’s residence:
