Over Easy, a local breakfast and brunch restaurant, is expanding across the Valley with plans to open three new locations in 2025.
These additions will build on the company’s existing presence in Peoria, Tempe, and Queen Creek, where it opened locations last year.
The new Goodyear location, set to open before April, will be the first of the year, followed by two additional locations in north Phoenix, and Buckeye both expected to open later in 2025. By the end of the year, Over Easy will have 19 locations across Arizona.
The new locations will offer breakfast, brunch, lunch dishes and cocktails. Each location will operate seven days a week.
Over Easy plans to hire staff for a variety of positions at each new location, including hosts, servers, managers, and cooks.
