Residents are invited to join Mulcahy Law on their firm's Facebook page for a collaborative virtual HOA academy fall class series with the cities of Avondale, Chandler, Glendale, Goodyear, Mesa, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Surprise, Tempe and the Town of Queen Creek.
All classes will feature two hot topics and a Q&A session.
The class schedule is as follows:
Class #1: Tuesday, Sept. 8, 11 a.m.- 12 p.m.
How to Keep Communities and Residents Safe in a COVID-19 World and The Top Ten Things you Need to Know About Arizona law Pertaining to HOAs/Condos
Class #2: Tuesday, Sept. 22, 11 a.m.- 12 p.m.
How to Build Community Spirit During Challenging Times and Political Signs, Flags, for Sale/Lease Signs and Solar Panels
Class #3: Tuesday, Oct.13, 11 a.m.- 12 p.m.
Silver Linings: Lessons Learned by Board Members, Owners and Managers During the Pandemic and Turning Around a Dysfunctional Association
Class #4: Tuesday, Oct. 20- 11 a.m.- 12 p.m.
HOAs and Condos in Crisis: Tips for HOAs/Condos on How to Survive and Thrive During the COVID-19 Pandemic and Federal Laws
