A modern Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home surrounded by Sonoran Desert landscape sold for $1,410,000 ー the highest-selling home in Goodyear for the month of November.

The massive, 3,212-square-foot residence at 17602 W. Paseo Way is on just 0.53 acres, and has four beds and 3.5 bathrooms. The single-family home built in 2017 is distinctly modern with a sleek, geometric design and open floor plan.

The smart home is wired for sound, and includes stone and tile floors, granite countertops, an interior and exterior fireplace, a pool and a circular driveway.

The home was sold Nov. 22. The seller was represented by Jennifer Polansky with Realty One Group and the buyer was represented by Lezlee Hentges with Long Realty West Valley.

The home is in Estrella Mountain Ranch, an upscale, planned community of man-made lakes and sprawling golf courses. A Realtor.com listing shows that the home was over 174% more expensive than neighboring residencies.
