Litchfield to host a free family-friendly movie night

Litchfield Park will host a family-friendly movie night May 20 at Jackie Robinson Field.

Kids to Parks Day will take place at 7 p.m. with a viewing of “The Lorax.” Local reality group, the Caren team, has sponsored the event.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or chair for their family to enjoy a movie under the town stars. No pets or alcohol will be allowed at the event. Guests may bring outside beverages and food to enjoy during the movie. 

Popcorn and shaved ice will also be available to purchase.
