Litchfield Park to host free outdoor movie night featuring 'Garfield'

Community members are invited to enjoy an outdoor movie night at Jackie Robinson Field, 14451 W. Camelback Road, on Saturday, March 8, from 7 to 9:30 p.m.  

The event will feature a screening of the 2024 animated comedy "Garfield," based on Jim Davis' comic strip, starring Chris Pratt. 

The movie will begin at dusk. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs for comfort. Local food trucks, including Ken's Dog Fellaz, will be on-site for refreshments, though outside snacks are also welcome. Public restrooms will be available, and organizers request that guests follow event guidelines.  

Parking is available in a gravel lot accessible from Camelback Road. However, parking is not permitted on Village Parkway or on the field itself.
