The City of Litchfield Park will host its third annual Touch-A-Truck event from 9 a.m. to 12p.m on Saturday, Nov. 16.
Sponsored by APS, the event is free and open to the public, offering families the chance to explore a variety of vehicles and meet local first responders and community service personnel.
Touch-A-Truck provides an opportunity for attendees to interact with police and fire vehicles, construction trucks, utility trucks, race cars, and more. A quiet sensory hour will be held from 9-10 a.m., where the event will be free of loud noises, such as horn honking, to accommodate children with sensory sensitivities.
In addition to the vehicles on display, the event will offer information about local safety programs, including the City’s community safety and block watch initiatives.
This event was organized by the Community and Recreation Service Department of the City of Litchfield Park and is open to residents and visitors from across Arizona.
