Company seeks to build The Orchard at Rancho La Loma on former Litchfield estate

The Litchfield Park City Council could vote in special session Thursday, Oct. 29, to pave the way for Sun Health to develop 322 acres of the former Paul W. and Florence Brinton Litchfield estate at Camelback and Litchfield roads as a mixed-use destination.
