Landsea Homes has closed on 65 home sites in the Estrella master planned community in Goodyear.

The company also has broken ground on 616 new homes at Citrus Park, both of which will begin construction immediately.

Solvida in Estrella will consist of 65 two-story single-family homes featuring four-floor plans ranging from 1,875 to 2,190 square feet. The homes will emulate Spanish, Western Farmhouse, and Desert Prairie design styles, and are expected to start selling in April starting from the $300,000s.

Citrus Park will include three different series of single-family homes, spanning from 1,706 to 3,427 square feet with lot sizes varying from 30 to 45 feet.

The company said its LiveFlex and LiveGen options will be available, allowing buyers to customize homes. Sales are expected to launch in May, starting from the low $300,000s.

All homes in Solvida in Estrella and Citrus Park will have Landsea Homes’ features, including smart home automation technology and energy savings. These homes will also contain the Reme Halo air purifier, designed to mitigate indoor contaminants and promote healthy living.

Other Landsea Homes communities currently selling in Goodyear include Centerra and Vidrio in Estrella, with sales for El Cidro expected to launch next month.
