Landsea acquires 844 lots in Goodyear

Landsea Homes, a publicly traded residential homebuilder based in Newport Beach, California, recently announced acquisition of 844 single-family homesites in Goodyear’s El Cidro community.

Homes in the community near Lower Buckeye Road and Cotton Lane range from 1,315 square feet to 3,240 square feet. Landsea’s homes in El Cidro will be part of the company’s Garrett-Walker collection, the company stated in a release.

“With these new homes at El Cidro, we’re proud to provide homeowners with the perfect opportunity to live in their element,” Greg Balen, Arizona regional president, Landsea Homes, said in a prepared statement. The community offers picturesque views of the Southwest Valley, and easy access to Interstate 10.

Landsea did not provide information on the purchase price.

The company has developed homes and communities in New York, Boston, New Jersey, Arizona, and throughout California in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Orange County.
