The InnovationHub at the Georgia T. Lord Library will host an event designed for small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs at 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 8. This free event invites participants to explore resources that can assist them in today’s business environment.
The evening will focus on "How to Navigate the World of Commercial Real Estate," highlighting how small enterprises can find a space to house business operations, helping with starting the property search to developing lease negotiations.
A panel of three guest speakers, Bobbie Mastracci, Eli Mastracci and Giuseppe Mastracci will share their insights on the local, West Valley real estate market.
The guest speakers are representatives of family-owned, Phoenix West Commercial a brokerage providing commercial real estate services throughout Arizona.
The Innovation Hub, located on the 2nd floor of the Georgia T. Lord Library at 1900 N. Civic Square in Goodyear. It serves as a collaborative space for inventors and entrepreneurs by offering services including one-on-one mentoring, workshops, webinars, and access to business resources.
This event presents an opportunity for small business owners at no cost.
