The City of Goodyear’s Arts & Culture Commission is hosting a public art tour 3-6 p.m. on Thursday, April 3 offering participants a guided experience of the city’s public art collection.
The tour will take place on a charter bus, stopping at key locations such as the Goodyear Recreation Campus and Goodyear Ballpark. Attendees will learn about the history, significance, and creators of various artworks through guided discussions.
The tour also includes a visit to The Tree of Oil, a local artisan shop specializing in olive oils and vinegars, where participants will take part in a tasting session. The day will conclude at Goodyear Civic Square, with an opportunity to explore and dine at a newly opened restaurant in GSQ.
Tickets for the tour range from $25 to $30, and waivers are required for participation.
