Goodyear home sale approaches $1 million in October

A Goodyear home sold for just shy of $1 million in October after spending 43 days on the market. 

The 3,122-square foot home at 18573 W. Hazelwood St. sold for $980,000 on Oct. 23. 

The home, built in 2017, has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms and sits on a 0.34-acre lot.

The property features a kitchen island, a heated pool and spa, a three-car garage and slab parking spaces that can accommodate four additional vehicles and tile floors throughout the home.

The seller was represented by James Wexler with Jason Mitchell Real Estate and the buyer was represented by Heather Lopez with My Home Group Real Estate, LLC.

The home was listed as “for rent” on Oct. 27, less than a week after the home was sold.
