The first will be at Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport in Bullhead City.

Ticket-holders for the 2:30 p.m. event in Goodyear will be able to enter the venue beginning at 11:30 a.m.

“The top priority of the Goodyear Police Department is the safety of its residents and visitors; therefore, Goodyear Police will be working in coordination with our federal law enforcement partners,” GPD Public Information Officer Lisa Berry said via email Tuesday afternoon.

The following roads around the airport are scheduled for closure:

• Yuma will from Bullard to Camino Oro Drive
• Yuma at Bullard

• Yuma at 143rd Avenue;
• Yuma at Camino Oro Drive (local traffic only).

Traffic will not be allowed on Bullard, Van Buren Street, Litchfield Road and Buckeye Road (MC 85). Drivers on Litchfield can expect periodic delays throughout the event timeframe.

Ms. Berry said road closures and times are subject to change, and some pedestrian traffic may be affected around the airport as well.

A free speech area will be available on the east side of Litchfield Road just north of Goodyear Parkway.

Buses will shuttle people from the parking area at Litchfield Road and Wigwam Boulevard. No vehicle traffic will be allowed onto airport property for the event.

There will be no designated Uber/Lyft drop-off spot near the airport. Uber/Lyft users can go to the shuttle area at Litchfield and Wigwam, or choose a safe location in the area of Litchfield/Yuma.

Residents and those who need to drive in the area should check for updates on the police department's Facebook and Twitter pages, @Goodyearpolice; and the city of Goodyear’s Facebook and Twitter pages, @GoodyearAZGov.
