When the spring Tour of Homes returns to Goodyear’s master-planned community of Estrella on Saturday, April 24, it will take on a virtual spin.

“We invite home shoppers and residents to stream this live event from the comfort of their home as we explore our vibrant, amenity-rich community and showcase a selection of beautiful home designs currently offered here in Estrella,” according to a news release.

The tour of seven featured homes will stream live from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Estrella’s Facebook page, @EstrellaAZLife, and its Estrella by Newland channel on YouTube.

Among the homes to be featured include both Beazer Homes and Gehan Homes in Lucero village equipped with personalized living spaces and advanced smart home and energy-efficient technology.

Centella, located in Estrella’s Montecito village, offers low-maintenance designs by The New Home Co. with smart home technology and sustainable features like solar panels, high-efficiency HVAC and prewire for electric vehicle charging.

Those who love to tee it up will have a chance to explore the golf villas by award-winning Rosewood Homes in the Mountain Ranch village. Homes feature “great room” designs, seamless indoor/outdoor living and gourmet kitchens with stainless steel and granite countertops galore.

In the gated CantaMia 55+ village, viewers will see new builds by Taylor Morrison Homes with resort-style amenities and TM LiveWell home health features like cleaner air and water supply as well as reduction of harmful chemicals within the home, the release stated.

Finally, in the Montecito village, potential buyers will discover Terrata Homes designed to fit every lifestyle with luxurious interior and exterior upgrades included with every home. Brand new lots are planned for release this spring.
