Estrella by Newland, a 20,000-acre, mixed-use master-planned community in Goodyear, is adding a new neighborhood to its community, Beacon in Estrella, and introducing Toll Brothers to Estrella for the first time.

Sales are slated to open at the end of April, according to a news release. Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, is introducing five unique luxury home designs on 5,750-plus-square-foot home sites in the Beacon community.

Buyers will have the opportunity to choose from five single-level and two-story homes ranging from 1,672 to 2,612 square feet, with two to five bedrooms, two to four bathrooms and two-car garages. Additionally, all of the Beacon homes will have spacious backyards, the release stated.
