Avondale to hold public hearing on proposed development impact fees

The city of Avondale will hold a public hearing next month on proposed development impact fees. 

While initially scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 21, the meeting will now take place Monday, Feb. 27  at Avondale city hall at 11465 W. Civic Center Drive. 

City Council adopted the Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvement Plan on Monday, Jan. 9, 2023. The report is posted online and can be found here
