The City of Phoenix is bringing a group of water experts together Monday, Dec. 5, to discuss how the Southwest can thrive in a future with less Colorado River water.

The forum will take place from 10 a.m. until noon at the Burton Barr Central Library, College Depot Auditorium, 1221 N. Central Ave.

The panel includes:

• J.C. Davis, Enterprise Conservation Division, Southern Nevada Water Authority.
• Grady Gammage Jr., senior research fellow, Kyl Center for Water Policy at Morrison Institute.
• Terry Goddard, president, Central Arizona Water Conservation District.
• Sarah Porter, director, Kyl Center for Water Policy.
• Warren Tenney, executive director, Arizona Municipal Water Users Association.
• Carol Ward, deputy assistant director, Arizona Department of Water Resources.

The moderator will be Cynthia Campbell, Phoenix’s water resources management adviser.
