‘The Sandlot’ coming to Glendale drive-in movie night

ASU West hosts free event

The “Movies By Moonlight” series continues next week in Glendale.

“The Sandlot” will be shown in a drive-in movie format start at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 5 at ASU West, 4701 W. Thunderbird Road. The screening lot opens at 6 p.m. followed by three rounds of car bingo starting at 7 p.m.

Movie audio will play through the car’s FM radio.

There are no on-site concessions so bringing food is welcome.

Guests must remain in their vehicles except while accessing the portable restrooms provided, when facemasks are required.

Arizona State University and the Glendale Parks and Recreation Department are partnering to provide this free event.
