The Maricopa County Community College District has opened registration for seven inaugural bachelor’s degree programs, including in Glendale.

Courses begin in August.

The bachelor’s degree program available at Glendale Community College is BA, Elementary Education and Special Education.

“These baccalaureate degrees represent a historic new chapter for our system and the residents of Greater Phoenix,” MCCCD Chancellor Dr. Steven R. Gonzales shared in a statement. “By investing and broadening our educational offerings to include baccalaureate degrees, we now provide students with additional opportunities to learn and grow in their chosen paths.”

GCC has a main campus at 6000 W. Olive Ave., and a north campus at 5727 W. Happy Valley Road.
