Peoria veterans group wins float entry in Glendale Christmas Parade

Navy veteran Anita Jones (third from left) together with Belles of Liberty members poses in front of their winning float at the Glendale Hometown Christmas Parade.

Jones is a member of Peoria’s American Legion Auxiliary and is founder and president of Belles of Liberty. Both groups are dedicated to improving the lives of military veterans and their families.
