New Board of Directors to lead Glendale Chamber in 2022

The Glendale Chamber of Commerce has a new Board of Directors.

The non-profit, membership-driven organization comprised of nearly 1,400 business enterprises, civic organizations, educational institutions, and individuals has announced its 2022 policy body of the Glendale Chamber.

Its members represent a cross-section of the business and professional leadership in the community.

The following individuals have been newly elected to the Board of Directors: Matt Slatus, Camelback Ranch Baseball and Marci Aguayo, Alaska Federal Credit Union. And, Lynda Vescio, Law Offices of Vescio & Seifert, P.C. has been named Chair-Elect for 2023.

Dr. Teresa Leyba Ruiz will officially take over as the 2022 Chair of the Board at the February Board meeting.

The 2022 Executive Committee consists of:

  • Dr. Teresa Leyba Ruiz, Chair of the Board, Glendale Community College
  • Lynda Vescio, Chair-Elect 2023 Law Offices of Vescio & Seifert, P.C.
  • Scott Spillman, Treasurer, BNC National Bank
  • Ron Castro, Vice-Treasurer, BNC National Bank
  • Kate Kochenderfer, Past Chair, SRP
  • Robert Heidt, President & CEO, Glendale Chamber of Commerce

Previously elected individuals who will continue to serve on the Board of Directors in 2022 are:
