Mountain Ridge marching band reaches regional finals

The Mountain Ridge Pride of the West Marching Band attended the Bands of America Regional Championship at NAU in Flagstaff, where they won the caption award for the most outstanding music performance in Class 4A.

The band was a finalist, and finished in fifth place in the fnals among schools from Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Oklahoma.
