Midwestern University will host two Pop-Up Vaccination Events, in partnership with the Maricopa County Department of Health, at the campus’ Operation Hope Vaccination Center on Tuesday, June 8 and Thursday, June 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day.

These Pop-Up Vaccination Events are open to members of the public ages 18 and older at the Operation Hope Vaccination Center located at the Midwestern University Therapy Institute, 5815 W. Utopia Road in Glendale, just south of the Loop 101 freeway. Individuals will receive the single-dose Janssen/Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.

There are no out-of-pocket charges for the vaccine. Those receiving a vaccine should arrive with a face mask, official photo identification, and, if possible, an insurance card. Parking will be available in the garage across from the Vaccination Center.

Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.

The Pop-Up Vaccination Events are part of Midwestern University’s ongoing Operation Hope, a community-focused COVID-19 vaccination outreach program that has administered more than 16,600 vaccine doses to date and achieved an 82% vaccination rate for students, faculty and staff members of the Midwestern community.
